How to create 'Cartoon' washed out effects

Use your cartoons as a self promotion
communication tool.

You have great cartoons all over the room and no one sees them.  Then next challenge is what to do with the boring letter writing stuff you have.

1) Scan the cartoon picture onto a file or photograph the cartoon.
2) Copy and paste this picture onto word.
3) Select "Format Picture"
4) Select "picture"
5) Now click onto "Image Control and "Color" dropdown box.
6) Select "washout"
7) Print.
8) When you are ready write your letter.
